 What is the DEFAULT shipping address?

The default SHIPPING address is the BILL TO: address you entered when creating your ACCOUNT. We DONOT to Ship P.O. Box addresses.


 Do you ship to P.O. BOX /APO/FPO boxes?

Yes, We do ship to P.O. BOX /APO/FPO boxes.


 Do you ship INTERNATIONAL Orders?

At this time we do NOT ship International Orders. Consumer Depot only ships orders within the United States includes Hawai and Alaska.


 How much is shipping?

You can see exactly how much your shipping will be by placing the item(s) in your shopping cart and clicking "Proceed to CheckOut". You will then see your product total and shipping charges before you complete the order.


 Can I SHIP my order to a different address?

In an effort to reduce Credit Card Fraud, Orders totaling less than $500 may be shipped to a different address. Orders which are greater than $500 must be shipped to the billing address.

If you are shipping to an address other than your credit card billing address, the alternate address must be on file with your credit card company.

You add an alternate address by calling the phone number on the back of your credit card. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we have seen a huge increase in fraud attempts. Criminals who have someone’s credit card number and billing address place orders and have them shipped to a different address. The only way we can verify that it is okay to ship to an alternate address is if the cardholder has spoken to their credit card company.


 What is your Shipping Cut-off time?

Each order must be credit approved and placed before the cutoff time 8:00 AM CST. Every order made after 8:00 AM will be processed on Next Day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. All shipping times and dates are subject to change without notice.


 Can I Change my Shipping Address or Method after Order is Placed?

Internet Orders are completely automated. There is no way to change the ORDER after it has been submitted.


 What PAYMENT do you accept?

We Only Accept Credit Card payment for online ordering. Only U.S. Bank Credit Cards are accepted. Please read the information below regarding different billing and shipping address. Credit Card Payment Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you) when completing your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay or cancellation of your order. At this time, we cannot process orders for credit cards with an international billing address or for credit cards issued by a bank outside the United States. Our site encrypts all credit card information you supply and safely transmits it to our computers. If you prefer not to enter your credit card number online, please refer to our Online Security link on the bottom of our site, which explains how to place orders in this case.

Different Bill To / Ship To Address with Credit Card Payment The most common problem occurs at this point. If your shipping address is the same address where your monthly credit card statement is sent, you do not need to do anything. To better protect and serve our customers, we have implemented the following fraud protection program. If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address, the shipping address must be verifiable. To establish an alternate shipping address, please complete the following steps.

  1. Call the credit card company (Their toll-free customer service number is listed on the back of your credit card).
  2. Inform them that you would like to include an alternate shipping address on your credit card account.
  3. Tell them your alternate shipping address (you may have more than one on file).

You may follow these instructions with any credit card as all credit card companies allow you to have alternate shipping addresses on file. By following these instructions, we can verify your shipping address without having to contact you personally. If you do not have an alternate shipping address on your credit card account, one of our customer service representatives will contact the cardholder via email to verify or change the order. The order will be delayed pending authorization from the cardholder who must be contacted at the billing phone number. This is one of the ways that Consumer Depot strives to protect its customers.


 What's my ORDER STATUS?

1. You will receive email confirmation with Tracking Number when order gets ship from our warehouse. To track your order, click on tracking number link in the email that was sent to you.
2. You also can check the status of an order, by LOGIN to YOUR ACCOUNT and click on the Order History. Past Orders and tracking numbers will be displayed. Click on the TRACKING NUMBER to check the STATUS of that order.

 How do I CANCEL or CHANGE an order?

To cancel an order, you must contact a customer service representitive at (615)263-0282 between the hours of 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Central Time). You can also send an email to Orders with Cancel Order# in subject line. Order cannot be Cancelled or Changed after it has been shipped or in the process of shipping. Changes cannot be made on any Order after it is placed.


 What is the best way to contact someone if there is a problem with my order?

Consumer Depot automatically sends out email if for some reason we are unable to process your order. You should send an email to Orders. Please include the order number if possible.


 How is the Sales Tax Calculated?

We Charge State Sales tax with local tax added on orders shipped within State of Tennessee (@9.25%). Sales Tax is applied to merchandise value and not on shipping.


 How Do I RETURN a defective product?

Login to your account. Click on Get RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization). It will then list all the orders that are eligible for an RMA. (Within 14 days of purchase) Just click on the order that you purchased, the item on and follow the instructions from there.


 Is Shipping on Returns Refundable?

Shipping charges are NOT refundable.


 Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product to Consumer Depot ?

Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number within the applicable Return Policy period. Consumer Depot will not accept returns without prior authorization and an RMA number. Once issued, RMA numbers are valid for 14 days. Consumer Depot must receive the returned products within this timeframe. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. Customer should prominently display the RMA number(s) on the shipping label of boxes containing the returned product.


 How do I get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)?

Login to your account. Click on Get RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization). It will then list all the orders that are eligible for an RMA. (Within 14 days of purchase) Just click on the order that you purchased, the item on and follow the instructions from there.


 Why are Re-Stocking fees applied? What is the Re-Stocking fee?

We charge 20% Re-Stocking on all Non-Defective Returns.


 Can I Pick-Up Product at your store that I purchased Online ?

All Internet Orders are processed at our Distribution Center. All orders are PICKED and SHIPPED Automatically. Orders cannot be picked up once placed on the website.


 How Can I Change my Email Address/Login Id ?

Login to your account. Click on Change Email Address/Login Id. It will then show your old email address, in the bottom box enter the new email address and follow the instructions from there.
